There is such a wide variety of activities and attractions in the Smokies, you’ll find something for everyone. We consult with you closely to determine the special needs and interests of your group,
and design a package that is perfect for everyone. Plus, the Great Smoky Mountains are within a day’s drive of the entire eastern half of the United States, so the location is ideal for the far-flung members of your family.
Some groups only need assistance in arranging lodging for a large group, while others will want dining and attractions planned. Some families want lots of free time to visit and catch up, while others prefer entertainment and attractions to make a vacation to remember. That’s where we come in.
We tailor-make each package to reflect the
desires and interests of the individual family…
• Lodging
We offer a variety of sizes of cabins to accommodate even very large groups.
All cabins are in close proximity to each other, to allow for family get-togethers.
• Meals
For families who like to do some of their own cooking, all of our luxury log homes have
fully-equipped kitchens and dining areas. Food markets are located nearby in Pigeon Forge.
This is especially nice for breakfasts, so everyone can get moving in the morning at their
own pace. If you prefer dining out, the area is known for its restaurants. There are family-style
buffets, as well as elegant fine dining.
For an evening of elegance, our Personal Caterers will create the ultimate in fine dining for you, serving your guests in the privacy of your cabin.
• Activities and Attractions
We will work closely with you to find a balance between activity and free time that reflects what a reunion means to your family. Attractions and entertainment are tailored to your interests, so there is something for everyone, kids and grown-ups alike. We also offer a concierge service to book meeting rooms and set up catered meals.
The Smoky Mountains region is a premier vacation destination with an almost endless selection of things to do. Sightseeing, shopping, live music theaters, theme parks, museums, golf, horseback riding, hiking, and visits to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park - just to name a few. There are lots of activities of interest to youngsters, too.
