What does the Three Diamond Rating tell you about Eden Crest?

AAA's Diamond rating system is not used as a measure of quality, but rather an indicator of the extent of services, facilities, and amenities available to guests.

In order to achieve AAA's three diamond rating, we must meet specific criteria set by AAA for several key categories. This helps AAA members judge how well we meet their specific wants and needs. We have briefly defined a few of these conditions for you here.

Cleanliness and Condition - establishments must be clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
Management and Staff - overall level of hospitality, professionalism, and deportment.
Exterior, Grounds, and Public Areas - The exterior elements are obviously enhanced and are well coordinated for form, function, and seasonality; Some areas have a residential feel; Overall, conveys a very attractive curb appeal; Increased parking capacity (two-car width); Structure is decorative; Decorative enhancements in design, Some Conference services available, such as: planning assistance, catering, and most technology needs.
Guestroom Decor, Ambiance, and amenities - Overall construction and design reflects current industry trends; Expanded Cable channel selection (at least 35 channels); Full-size iron and board, Refrigerator available, Microwave oven available, Coffee maker and supplies.
Bathrooms - Towels of Medium weight; Soft to touch; Medium absorbency provided; placement of appointments are well-proportioned to room size.
