Very Nice

This house (Serene Oasis) was very nice. The bedrooms were a good size. The sunken tub in the master was oddly placed and not easy to maneuver around for an overweight, older person, but the teen grand used it! If you are taking children and teens just know that the 'game area' is open and just above the living room kitchen, so plan to escape to the lower level to watch TV. Eden Crest rentals were responsive to questions/complaints. The worst thing was that the pool was extremely cold in AUGUST, No way it was heated. The thermometer was in a box just below some machine (humidifier or de-humidifier) so of course, that water was warm, but not the pool itself!! The hot tub and Sauna were great! This house was clean, just wish they had left extra garage bags. I would rent the house again.

Supremely Serene

Gorgeous and sumptuous Mountain chalet with uniquely rustic yet modern decor. Every entertainment you might want, plus wonderfully comfortable bedrooms, huge kitchen and two decks! We enjoyed being able to go from hot tub to pool or sauna in just a few steps, or into the theater for popcorn and a movie. Air hockey, pool table and video arcade will keep you active, or just enjoy the breeze and grill some steaks on the deck. The chalet is adjacent to a beautiful wedding Chapel and along the Arts and Crafts loop, and only a couple minutes from Three Jimmy's restaurant, a McDonalds, Food City and an ABC store. Just a few minutes more to downtown Gatlinburg, the Great Smoky NP, or into Pigeon Forge. Everything was very clean and we felt very safe. Access is all paved and no scary narrow roads. Certainly the finest accommodations we have enjoyed and the perfect getaway.
